The workshop, held on February 23, 2024, aimed to equip participants with essential skills to discern credible news sources from misinformation. Through interactive sessions, attendees were guided in distinguishing news from other forms of information commonly consumed daily. Basic fact-checking techniques were imparted, alongside strategies to counter propaganda prevalent in media narratives.

Recognizing the pivotal role of the general public as consumers of diverse information, the initiative underscored the importance of media literacy education. By fostering critical thinking skills, the workshop aimed to empower individuals and organizations to navigate the complex media landscape effectively.
