IT & Technical Assistant Wanted! Do you thrive on troubleshooting and have a passion for all things tech, including media? We're looking for an IT & Technical Assistant to join our team and be the one-stop shop for technical and media-related issues. You'll be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our technology and media workflows run smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing: -Troubleshooting user-reported issues with desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and media equipment (cameras, microphones, projectors, etc.). -Providing technical and media support via phone, email, and potentially in-person. -Installing and configuring new hardware, software, and media equipment. -Maintaining and updating existing IT and media systems. -Assisting with media tasks such as audio/video editing, file format conversion, and media streaming. -Documenting technical procedures and solutions related to both IT and media work. We'd love it if you have: -A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field, with some experience in media technology a plus. -A strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking concepts, and basic media formats (audio, video, image). -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical users. -A customer-service-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
