Information Credibility and AI Literacy Session Successfully Held at SLPI
Sri Lanka Press Institute (SLPI) successfully conducted a special learning session titled “Information Credibility and AI Literacy” featuring Dr. Abdul Kabil Khan, Associate Professor at the Department of Journalism, Media and Communication of Daffodil International University. Dr. Khan is also a visiting faculty member at Lodz University of Technology, Poland, and Chandigarh University, India.
Held on Thursday, 13th November 2025 at the SLPI premises from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, the session brought together a diverse group of journalists, media students, and communication professionals for an engaging discussion on how artificial intelligence is reshaping news production, verification, and public trust.
