The Sri Lanka Press Institute (SLPI) conducts provincial level workshops for youth in order to raise political literacy and promote values of democracy among youth. The Northern Province workshop under this series was held on 20th May 2022 with 40 participants in Jaffna district. The workshop commenced with discussions on the Parliamentary Procedure led by Mr. Hakeem Abubackar and Hon. MP Angajan Ramanadan, shared his experience with the participants as an MP representing the district.
