“A Strong Parliament for a Democratic Tomorrow” – Provincial Workshop for Youth

The Sri Lanka Press Institute conducts  a workshop series for youth titled “A Strong Parliament for a Democratic Tomorrow” to promote democracy and political literacy among youth groups. The Sabaragamuwa Province workshop was held on 7th May 2022 with 20  participants from Kegalle and Ratnapura districts. The workshops commenced with discussions on the Parliamentary procedure and was delivered by Mr. Manjula Gajanayake, Executive Director, Institute for Democratic Reforms and Election Studies (IRES).
